Having Notre Dame Brampton on that list is probably the best example of Grossman's selectivity in making this list.

Notre Dame is not the third best team in Peel, ahead of Campion (who beat them by 23 in league play), Goetz, and Aquinas, as implied by their ranking in this list.

Their ranking is built on three early league games against tier-2 calibre competition and a couple of posters from the school hyping the team on the board earlier in the season.

The reality is that they lost key players from last season and are rebuilding. They are at least a year away from challenging for a final four spot and should not be in the top ten of all teams in the GTA.

I agree completely with your ranking, coach. I guess the Rimrocker will help settle some of this, with 6 of your 7 teams in it.

Out of curiosity, why isn't Applewood playing this year?

    Coach Blue
Are you guys the Applewood that are in senior tier 2 at St. Matts. If so, look forward to seeing you on Fri. 17th. From what I read here you guys sound like a nice, hardworking team. BTW is that signature picture of yours an Acadia Axeman?

I know what you mean coach, we "borrowed" Rutgers Scarlet Knight until we came up with our own. Look forward to playing you guys Fri 17 at 5:30. Rick runs a great tourney- for us we get to see lots of teams from outside our little eastern Ont. area.
